Negotiations are underway to establish an intimate boutique hotel on a 20-acre beachfront site. In addition to its quarter mile of spectacular Caribbean beachfront, the resort will also operate a small marina on the lagoon.

The resort site is a part of the Cocoplum community but designed so none of its traffic will pass any of the residential sites. Cocoplum residents will have open access to the resort's common areas. Use of other resort amenities may be arranged.
